Technical feasibility also involves the evaluation of the hardware, software, and other technical requirements of the proposed system.
  • Third: Human resources development/ Knowledge feasibility: The knowledge intangible assets available to the academic libraries helps them to determine whether the human resources’ competencies meet capacity and whether their skills are capable of converting the ideas into applicable working samples. Knowledge feasibility also involves the evaluation of building scholarly networks and communications for exchanging knowledge and promoting their capacities. For the proposed patterns of information services in libraries.
  • Forth: Operational feasibility: This project involves undertaking a study to analyze and determine whether—and how—the academic libraries’ needs of reliable operations, strategies, and regulations can be met by completing the project. Operational feasibility studies also examine how a project plan satisfies the requirements identified in the requirements analysis phase of system development.
