Holding a PhD in Libraries and Information Science from the University of Granada- Spain. He has many papers published in scientific journals. His research interests are in the field of libraries and technology, web matrix, databases, users’ community, and digital libraries.

Professor of Special Education in the Department of Special Education at the University of Islamic Sciences, former dean of the College of Educational Sciences, she has many published researches in the field of special education, the gifted and disability issues. She adopt that any success in the field of serving people with disabilities It must be done in a participatory manner (family, school, society, and legislation). Her research interest are in the fields of special education categories (Gifted, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and specific learning disorder).
